This battle might be both creative or stupid at the same time :P
Bruce Banner were one among the human resistance, now he decided to transformed into The Hulk, and let loose rampaging into the modern world conquered by the apes in humanity's favor.
Setting: Modern world ruled by the apes, every situation is the same as the 2001 film ending.
Hulk version: Savage Hulk (If you want extreme, I guess World War Hulk would be interesting too)
Goal: The Hulk must took over the world, and return the world world to the humanity.
Gadgets:
Hulk - A super elastic pant
Apes - All access to current US (and the rest of the world) military weapons
Other notes: Ape's technologies and civilization should be equivalent to near future. (No more than 2029). Also, I don't know how many apes are there in the movie, feel free to use your imagination. Myself believes that they're millions of apes served in the active military.
No mercy from both sides, total war declared upon Hulk.
*If Hulk is surrounded in Washington D.C. by hundreds of apes polices, SWAT team, national guards, agents, and helicopters (maybe couples of APC in as well), that would be a sweet start.
