The Heretic vs Bane

They both have beaten Batman, on a pure physical battle I would say the heretic but given the fact that bane is, in my opinion, way smarter, I'll go with Bane on this one

Bane wins,because the Heretic is just a brawler,he doesn't have any combat training (despite being created by League of Assassins).

Bane for all the reasons above.

Heretic. His strength and durability should be too much for Bane.

Bane should take it, the Heretic might be a brick wall, but I think there's limits to how much he can have learned in that time he's been around. Added Bane starts off as a brick wall as well, if you add venom he becomes a human wrecking ball.

Agreed,Bane without venom would go down easily.However Bane with venom should win due to superior skill and smarts,I have a feeling Morrison modeled Heretic with Bane in mind,his fighting style is waaaay too similar to that of Bane's for it to be a mere coincidence(he also has similarities with TDKR Bane).
