All members of the 4 Clans are available ( Only The Beast of The Hand is unavailable ) , the fight takes place in Empty NY City at 00:00 . All of the fighters are bloodlusted on with morals on , and if the whole members of the 2 defeated clans are dead then the other 2 clans are the winners .
