Both of them are powerful energy manipulators and they are stronger and more durable than Wonder Man, the only thing I'm not sure if they beat WM in, is speed, idk. But if you are saying its only because of Mjolnir, Thor has that. So any point of WM being stronger than Thor without it is a mute point.
@Uno_Oscuro: for this particular thread it doesn't make a difference because Thor has mjolnir. but overall having Mjolnir is the difference between Thor winning and losing. Without Mjolnir WW will beat him. With Mjolnir Thor wins
