If it is, I would be tempted to pick the Guardians as although far fewer in number, the scope of their powers far outweights most of Asgards inhabitants (mainly hand to hand warriors). Although the Asgardian Forces have Karnilla and several other powerful mystics in addition to warriors, not all of the Asgardians have been brought back to life and so some powerful rogue elements do not exist now. Interesting battle as one will tap mostly magical energies while the other taps psionic forces.
I am sure Methos can wade in with thoughts on this one.

Metropolis, Illinois, celebrates Superman the fictional character, exists in the DCU as celebrating real Superman. New York, home base to many heroes over the years. San Diego, half of this city was submerged under the ocean due to an earthquake, becoming Sub Diego. San Francisco, current home base of the Teen Titans. Seattle, former home of Green Arrow and Black Canary. Topeka, Kansas, destroyed via explosion in an alien invasion. As for the fight, if includes, Gods like Hela and Karnilla and not your normal Asgard good guys pantheon, they have a better shot at this, because they outnumber the Guardians and as Creator said their mystical powers. Still the overall power possessed by a Guardian is greater.
No they don't the guardians aint that powerful like you guys think they are, if they are they don't ever show it, they have been threatend by lesser forces. Asgurd on the other hand man please Asguard will destroy the guardians I think Thor, Odin, Sif, and Balder could do it alone Oa is doomed.
