im not realy sure but i think the fulcrum wins. thats because the precence once said that he had creators (as he said: "i was shaped by forces external to me" maybe there are beings more powerfull then him more then one). and from what i know the fulcrum is only second to the one above all. he is suposed to be jack kirby. like toaa is stan lee.
