Fulcrum = Plot Device

TOAA = Creator + Manipulator of Plot Devices

TOAA > Fulcrum

The Watcher does.. but being labelled omnipotent isnt the be all and end all.

The reason Fulcrum is considered on the same tier as one above all, was because of the nod marvel made in the story. Fulcrum was apparently a human like being called Jack The Bartender, who evidently created Celestials. So its believed that Fulcrum is none other than marvel homage to Jack Kirby.

There is no need, as is done in this OP, to tell us what "TOAA" is in mind. There is but one TOAA.

Being the fulcrum a part of the other, TOAA would have some serious mental issues fighting against himself.
