If you mean the one from the new 52 who currently has no feats, no. Pre-Flashpoint Swamp Thing can do that.

Yeah... I'd have to say ST for a solid majority.

I am interested though if anyone could think of a way Flash could capture ST in round one? Round two being in the actual swamp seems like too large of an advantage for Barry to get around...unless I'm just too dense to see some other option...lol

swamp thing can regrow himself on other planets. Flash needs to destroy the entire universe to win as is my understanding to why people are saying swamp thing. He can regrow on any planet and location as long as it has plant life.
