I'm assuming Lightspeed can move at light-speed. But, Flash can easily break light-speed. The winner is obvious.

@Decoy Elite:@Static Shock: I mean, Zoom isn't really "fast", per say. He just manipulates time. I do get what you guys are getting at, but in the end Wally West did defeat Zoom, but I guess you can say that Zoom is "faster".

He defeated Zoom with help (Jesse Quick amped her speed with the Speed Force equation and lended it to him, thus tripling his maximum speed to be able to fight Zoom on equal footing).

Isn't SA Superman faster then Flash also? didn't he fly into heaven literally once and another time across the universe to fast, Spectre had to stop him? lol

I can't remember it much, I think I quit paying attention halfway through. All I remember is he needs some sort of injection to use his power, and then he's like the Flash.

Flash wins hands down. Fastest person in Marvel is the Runner and Wally could defeat him but Idk bout Barry. If Bart would mature and if they ever make him the Flash he used to have the potential to be the Fastest by a long shot, and being Barrys son doesn't hurt when it comes to the SF. If he could gain control of the abilities of the SF and he reached his full potential Bart would Pwn 99% Of DC besides like God and a handful of other characters.

But Bar is faster than Zoom. He did him dirty.  Bart vs Hunter
