Hmm, well this isn't a stomp by any means but if I had to wager who would win in an all out brawl, I'd have to say Franklin. It isn't even by a order of magnitude or anything, literally I could see it going his way for a slight majority...5.5/10. It's always so hard to call fights with reality warpers in them due to NLF and all.

The First Lantern was powerful enough to destroy history, had his neck broken, heart removed, took a blast from all the Corps at the same time, defeated Parallax easily, he travelled across the universes and back in time, destroys the entire Black Lantern Corps in an instant, etc...

The only way he was defeated was because of Nekron. Nothing else worked. He could literally see the history of Franklin, grab Franklin when he was a kid and kill him like he almost did to Hal (Parallax stopped him in time, fortunately).
