These two great marvel hero teams VS. two of DC's most powerful villains. Battle takes place in the middle of Yellow Stone Park. No leaving the battlefield, no BFR. Those with flight capability can fly, but may not gain more than a thousand meters altitude, & of course, can not go outside the outer perimeter of the park. For the sake of the fight, we will assume that Bizzaro's crazy ass has at least one constraint, & that is that he understands that Sinestro is on his side, will not attack him, & will come to his aid if needed. Here we go...
