Susanoo after a very hard fight
i would side with Sherlock (after an equaly hard fight) ,but theres prep-time involved,wich gives Susanoo the edge

Sherlock because Flash blitzes and Nate defeats Maj.

In that case i win because....
 
1: Black Panther and Venom are pretty much outclassed here by everyone so anything they do is meaningless
2: Matchups the way i see them going is Barda VS Mr M (Strongest people here) Fate VS Strange (Magic fight baby) Then Flash and Nate VS Iceman and Mags
Way i see that going down is 
Barda would lose to Mr Majestic pretty badly
Fate and Strange could go on forever
Nate could take Iceman and Magneto without assistance very quickly so Barry could help Barda with Majestic making it a little more even 
After Nate finishes with Mags and Iceman he in turn can assist on Majestic 
All three of them against Majestic should tip the scale tremendously in there favor so they take out Majestic
After which they can help Fate with Strange
