Beastboy may be able to hold of Bats long enough for WWH to step in and completey obliterate Batman

Miss Martian could also hold him off or maybe even beat him since there is no telepathy

My bad dude i compeltely forgot sorry and to be honest his/her team wins due to the fact that they have John Stewart, War Hulk and Miss Martian who can all lift well over 100+ effortlessly his/her team has too many top guns if i was allowed to pick more 100+ ton characters im sure it would be more even but i followed your rules.
