From halo? Argh he has hardly any feats per say, honestly prolly Braniac due to the fact we haven't seen much wisdom as we've hoped for in the forerunner trilogy. Although I'm sure he could win i guess, but idk i wanna say Didact but i feel Br... WAIT what version of Braniac?

Didact is largely featless. Brainiac is consistently a threat to Superman, who you know, hilariously outweighs the Chief.

@animelegend68: silver age should stomp, because silver age supes was amazing lol.

Knowing how strong the forerunners are, I say the featless didact can potentially win.
