What the hell kind of spite match is this? What can anyone on team Marvel even hope to do against anyone on team DC?

I don't know a lot about The Demiurges powers but it sounds like they're demi gods in which case I'd have to give it to the Demiurge but not because I don't think the Phoenix Force can win this fight. It's mostly because the Phoenix Forces greatest weakness is it's vessel's and I think they're far more vulnerable if the gods can hold out long enough they should be able to stop them.

As for the Phoenix itself I think by it's very nature it would win.

The Demiurgic power is the power of creation. With it, you can virtually do anything.

@mysticmedivh: In that case they should win. I'm not saying it's because they can "Erase" the Phoenix because Marvel have implied that if the Phoenix Force didn't exist the universe would be destroyed. What I mean to say is the Phoenix CAN resurrect/regenerate which would also mean it's susceptible to some form of harm or another (presumably whenever it's harmed while in a human vassal) and that being the case they they should be more than capable of at least incapacitating it.

A spite thread is when a user purposely makes a one-sided/mismatch battle thread, just to spite another character. While this is a massive mismatch in DC teams favor, this is not a spite, as I do not believe it was the OPs intentions to do such. It's more of a lack of knowledge on the characters being used here.
