The Defenders vs Kryptonians

If transmutation is allowed I see Strange and SS defeating superboy and supergirl, and then transmuting Supes and Powergirl.

Team 1 wins IMO.

hmmm I don't know if Namor or Hulk are going to be helpful in this fight and I also have doubts about Doctor Strange. Even though Strange was still Sorcerer Supreme during his time with the Illuminati he was much less impressive than Classic Strange. I'd say that Strange's powerlevel began to shrink right after House of M. I don't know if he's fast enough or strong enough to hold off four Kryptonians. But team 1's Ace in the Hole is the Silver Surfer. As long as Norrin is quick enough to drain the solar energy from team 2's cells team 1 could win. But dealing with 4 Kryptonians is tough even for Norrin.

Hmm...Morals off Silver Surfer could be a problem BY HIMSELF for the Kryptonians, nut a morals off Superman isn't no joke either. Silver Surfer could take out the two Karas by himself, and damage Super Boy enough for Hulk and Namor to finish him. I'm sure Silver Surfer could take Superman. Dr. Strange can either hang out and watch or help Surfer finish Supes.

4 kryptonians is a tough team however surfer is a horrible matchup for any of them as is doctor strange because of their weakness to magic and his level of magic. World Breaker Hulk is most definately a factor, he isn't as versatile as any of the kryptonians but i think he has greater strength feats than super or power girl (i could be wrong here, but he did punch a planet so hard it was destroyed). Namor would just help tag team some one although any of the kryptonians would wreck him. Team one wins in a decent fight.
