after a long and antagonizing battle with doomsday, superman finally falls... lois, distraught of the gruesome scene as she watches the man whom she cared for for so long being crippled in front of her at a blink of an eye.... 
"NOOOOoooooooooo!!!!!" -she screams.
superman didn't even get the last breath to whisper a final word.
it's over... the man of tomorrow, now yesterdays past. the man of steel, now broken under his own weight. Oh... how the mighty has fallen.......

"WHAT THE HELL HAS HAPPENED HERE?! DID I MISS THE PARTY???"
 

  lois' brother from another mother arrives in the scene.
  "LOIS!!" - cain yelled    ----*gasp*  0_0
  "Oh no!... looks like the chump finally bit off more than he could chew. is he ok? he aiant lookin' too good..."
 
  lois, with all tears running down her face and lost for words, told marko that superman was no more....
  "i'm sorry lois... if have gotten here any sooner i would ha---"
 
 
 
 
 
lois - "cain....."
 
cain - "........"
 
lois - "i need you to pledge yourself to cyttoraks."
 
cain - "buut... if i do that i have to become evil again!"
 
lois - "i don't care anymore, just do it! there's a monster out here tearing up the whole city and perhaps the entire planet with it! now that superman is DEAD! there no other force that can stop it but you... but at your current state, you are just no match for it!! SUBMIT YOURSELF TO CYTTORAK AND BECOME THE UNSTOPPABLE JUGGERNAUT!! I BEG YOU!! PLEASE!!!"
 
cain - "........... so you want me to do this, huh?"
 
lois - *sobs*
 
cain - "it's been a long time since i tasted the true power of the crimson cosmos.... if it weren't for superman and his gang, i would have still been running around causing a rucket. and ever since i switched heart, i had been depowered almost to the point where i wasn't considered to be unstoppable anymore..... but now.... i need to finish what superman needed to finish.... even if it means severing it in a cold plate."
 
 
at that moment cain lifted up his hand and chanted a short phrase followed by the name of "CYTTORAK!" 
a crimson ruby appears out of thin air right by cain's mighty hand....

 
"lord cyttorak!!!! give me the power to destroy DOOMSDAY!!!"
 
 ----"for those who hold the crimson ruby of cyttorak and pledges their oath to thee shall forever more become the unstoppable JUGGERNAUT"---
 a mystical voice rumbled

  soon after, juggernaut makes his way to search for doomsday. he scenes a power several hundred of miles away thanks to his renewed powers. instead of running all the way over there, he teleports too the exact location of the sinister killing machine, DOOMSDAY!!!

Shit , this would be probably the most brutal battle of all times . Doomsday can adapt , but Juggernaut can tap into more power by unleashing his rage and true evilness .
I would go with Juggernaut , since he can't really die , while Doomsday , how powerful and tough he is , still can be killed if you put enough effort to do it .
But if I remember well , Doomsday died too in that battle .

If Cyttorak knew the power of Doomsday
He could give the Juggernaut the power to beat him from the start
But if he did like he did in WWHulk, Doomsday would be to powerful

I always felt that he healed almost instantly
I never felt that he couldn't be hurt  But we will see "

doomsday adapts to injury while juggernaut is invulnerable injury period. hmm.. this is really hard to fathom, but can juggernaut move as fast as doomsday even when he is powered by the new power?

Juggernaut will realize how strong, aggressive and tough is DD during his initial confrontation, probably DD get good shots at first to connect Juggernaut, but Juggernaut is immune to physical damage (punches) no matter what magnitude are, will not be hurt by them. Juggernaut can only be hurt by magic forces and hyperspace energies of the highest level (Celestial and Uni-Power levels).

DD does like to melee fight, unlike Supes, DD can not fly and can not use super speed blitz and will be hit by Cain when approaching him, no matter DD has super speed in some of his moves, at some point will be severely punched by Cain. When Juggernaut would realize how strong is his enemy, the counterattack will be with greater force and his fury in his punches hitting in the face of DD will be fatal, to the point that could break his bones around his eye sockets, nose and jaw and make him suffer in pain, and then, killing him with the blow of grace (DD bones are connected to his nervous system, which is a weakness that Supes found when broke the bone of DD's knee). With a single thought Juggernaut easily can increase his level of strength by calling the powers of the Gem of Cyttorak when he require increasing his strength for a greater effort than that he is doing usually.

Good questions Lance_ Bastro, DD can certainly adapt gradually during the fight to resist blows and increase his strength and speed but to a limited extent because of his genes (his final evolutionary process begins with his regeneration and then ends with his resurrection), the difference is highlighted and will be marked as in which Cain soon will realize that DD is a adaptive fighting machine, able to withstand his blows at the beginning of the fight. This will encourage that Cain thinks an attack sharply faster and more powerful than the previous attack that prevents DD continue further progressively adapting against his strokes and thus Juggernaut can neutralize him.

Juggernaut will have an advantage in this because his strength is not determined by his genes but by the limitless magic of Cyttorak channeled through his gem. In this sense, Juggernaut can increase his strength with his single thought to exceed the strength of his adversary in this case DD and get to attack him with a mortal blow to annihilate him. 
 
I must include mention again that the strength of DD is limited during his struggle for his own genes. DD showed to be vulnerable to the latest punches of Supes and he died by the impact of these, which caused him a sort of dislocation of his neck (see the scan). His neck is very vulnerable, reason that Juggernaut can kill him by a similar way as Supes did, or a choke hold (arm lock). So, I reiterate the tactics will consist always that Juggernaut realizes as soon as possible about the adaptive nature of his adversary during his struggle, and then rapidly counter-attack him with a more deadly power.

Hmmmmm.... Juggy got scared at Onslaught. So I guess Doomsday would still win. BUt if Juggy will continue to fight even though he always gets the beating, Doomsday might get tired before Juggy's ruby power will tire out. Then Juggy has the edge.
