The Darkness vs Midnighter

Didn't see this up so I figured what the hell. Battle takes place in NYC, no one is bloodlusted, No BFR win by all conventional means. Midnighter has all his gear but no access to doors. Jackie has all of his basic darkling incarnations but can't become a dragon or summon a kraken or anything like that. Who wins and why?

Darkness takes this one. Midnighter absolutely has no way to put him down, and Jackie a multitude of options to deal with Midnighter, and doesn't even have to touch him to take him out.
