I'll have to wait a bit to choose... Question though. the Darkness has gotten around that weakness to light pretty much now? Or would an extreme amount of light (like if Hawksmoor turned every light in the city up to max or was able to direct it towards Jackie like a spot light) still sap it's power?
@whacknasty: Idk if that would work, He could fly into the upper atmosphere technically and then breath fire on the city Like he did in Firstborn. He usually does the exploding trick after that though so I guess that could work.

He can't just "get around" the weakness to light. He is darkness. He's vulnerable to light. That's how it works. Water puts out fire, light banishes darkness. Light can create more shadows for Estacado to work with and there are areas light doesn't touch, but he doesn't work in direct light.

You say he "usually does the exploding trick after that" as if either of these is common. He did the dragon thing what, one time? And using the darkness inside is something you've removed from the fight anyway.
@Buckshot: Yeah I did because that's a one hit kill. Jackie doesn't fight beings of mass caliber enough to show his true abilities but I'm sure he would in this fight. Jack can turn buildings into armor. So i think he'd step it up.
@Nelomaxwell: I don't know what you mean by "mass caliber" but Estacado's "true abilities" are what he shows regularly. He's fought characters of lots of different power levels but the tactics you were presenting as pretty commonplace really aren't. Jack can turn buildings into armor, but it's not standard behavior for him either.
@Buckshot: Ah, ok. I thought I saw a scan around here where Jackie was still able to use the Darkness for various effects even though it was in daylight hours. I may have understood it wrong.
Dunno how it would go, but it would basically be Estacado's army against Jack's city, and that's something he's used to. All he'd have to do is find his way to Estacado (which should be easy with the city telling him where he is) and he should be able to take him down given that, from what I've seen anyway, he's faster and much stronger. That might be a little oversimplified though.
Dunno how easy it would be but it would definitely be interesting. For some reason I'm not really getting into all the possibilities of this fight right now though.
