Both Reeds and The Team are given 1 month of prep

Full knowledge of skills and past feats

Technology from Marvel and DC only each team has great knowledge on the Tech in both Universes

No Time Travel to kill your enemy before hand or during the battle however Time Travel is allowed for gathering items

No Reality Manipulation

Both teams are working well together'

No Unniverse busting or Universe busting items

Fight takes place on a empty Earth

Both teams start 500 feet away

Well idk who would win but i See why the doctor would be a key player given(and I am guessing this is victory by ether surrender or defeat e.i death) he can regenerate and is near immortal during those regen times, but that said idk many of these "Reeds" though I bet though all neglect their family's for work to.

I think that the prep team can take the Council of Reeds but really hard

Prep Team the Doctor and Constatine on the same team is always going to be overkill....not an easy battle but the prep team has it.

even though the other team is considerable, no doubt.....The Reeds council is just too far above. Even one reed is a force of intellect to be wary of. A whole council of varied power sets, morals off, and substantial feats are nearly unstoppable. It is already established what they do to doom(s), Thanos gets recruited by them probably, and the magic users are outnumbered. The reed w/ starbrand probably solos dr.strange and constantine. then more reeds w/ infinity gauntlets? please......

does thanos have the infinty gauntlet ?

With Bats 1000000 team 2 has a chance, but Reeds may be too much

Constantine can probably get Lucifer to intercede and he should be able to wipe most if not all of the Reeds. The Doctor can quite literally pull anything out of his ass. Thanos is sort of impressive but ultimately the Reeds will make any contribution he makes inconsequential. Batman 1 Million would be a capable brawler if it gets to a battle but he has no real prep feats. Classic Strange is powerful but I am sure that the Reeds have already mastered magic and will make him all but useless. We have no feats for the Dooms that they had imprisoned. The Doc Doom of 616 has proven he is a force to be reckoned with among dimensional powerhouses but his personality is largely predictable. Constantine and the Doctor bring the most to the table.

Bats maybe doesn't have prep feats, but with 1045 IQ he is much smarter than regular Reed, Thanos and Doom

IQ doesn't mean crap when it comes to taking on an entire council of Reeds with differing powers and effing Infinity Gauntlets.

Reeds win. A few of them have the Infinity Gauntlet, and each of the others have a super powerful object, weapon, or suit plus genius level intellect. Gauntlets take out Thanos, just one Reed can take out Doom, and I'm sure there are Reeds with tech that is better than the Doctor's, especially from the future. They would have to trap the Doctor somehow because you can't really kill him. Dr. Strange is a tough one, but the Reeds can assemble some sort of magic negating device. Batman One Million has this awesome tech that just one Reed can build, especially if they can go to the future to build. Constantine can summon a ton of demons that the Reeds can defeat, and all they have to do is get to Constantine himself to end his magic. In addition to these scenarios, the Reeds outnumber the preps by far, and they are all super geniuses.

After seeing what the Reeds did the Doctor periodically removes them and traps them in time. Similar to the family of Blood.

The Doctor, Doom and Constantine could take this alone.

John took on Lucifer with prep, Doom stole The Beyonder's powers and The Doctor is the ultimate prepper.

i am sure that someone in the council of reeds have already thought of this matchup years before the OP and have already developed a gun to solve it

Reeds, Oh god. They were doing stuff that the Doctor was doing as a daily chore

It could be though. Actually if shit goes to hell, they could do what they did during the first Celestial battle and the one Reed could open a portal for the Infinity Gauntlet Reeds and they could win like that.

Also I think they had guns and stuff to kill them.

@daak1212: Don't get me wrong it won't be easy but the Doctor is just insane. He comes up with impossible ways to beat people in like 3 seconds after realizing the problem. Throw in John's ingenuity and his ability to screw over and trick absolutely anyone the stuff that pair could come up with if they worked together would be massive.

@Strider92: Remember three Reeds came up with Sols anvill while on the run from 616 Reed and the Celestials also they where trying to get back home as well. If 3 Reeds could do that and now you have an army of them I think the Reeds could just stomp.
