I think Cassandra could beat The Cat but it wont be easy at all. Cassie could clock The Cats moves and be able to evade them and she should be able to take him down
To be honest there really aren't enough Cat showings to get an accurate depiction of the character. He's capable of going toe to toe with Shang Chi, defeated Deadpool, but got owned by Taskmaster.

@Gambler: However, didnt the Cat kind of give up a lot for some chick? (Juliette or something) I don't think Cassie has ever bothered with matters of the heart, maybe that's why she's managed to stay so focused. Probably morseo than a lot of members in the bat family. :D (I.E Dick Grayson).
