@Killemall: Of course he can't, Morgan is a human being. PR Beyonder is a comic character I highly doubt Morgan even knows or cares about. :P

In all honestly I was not trying to be serious with that post. I was just goofing around with that because the OP should have specified the movie character and not the actors name when making this thread.
As for your points, they are solid. The thing is that in Bruce Almighty or Evan almighty (Not that it matters but this incarnation of Morgan has two movies to pull feats from) there was never a need to showcase upper level cosmic feats, the movies were comedies and not power pissing contests.
I'm wiling to wager having Thanos or Dr. Doom pop out and try to steal his power shouting "Your power is supreme and now its mine buhahaha" just to fortify the well established fact that he was God would have not went well with the viewers and critics. Both movies clearly pointed out that he was God, the supreme creator and ruler of everything and neither movie had any content that contradicted that established fact.
On the other hand there were at least three occasions were the Beyonder was shown to have an upper limit to his power, albeit that limit was greater than any comic character or object to that date and even Beyond.
