I think DC takes this one very easily.

This will be a very close fight! Silver Surfer is definitely the wild card that may just tip the scales in Marvel's favor.

In character - Annihilators easily, thanks to Surfer and Quasar.

Out of character - DC team easily thanks to Flash.

I do, but Flash should be able to react in picosecond, while Surfer reacts in nanosecond.

Flash will steal their speed and punch down all of them. None of them can survive it, Surfer would have to start battle in intangible state to win it, but there is no prep here.

@czarny_samael666: He would be in the air, and Surfer was okay after a slap from Galactus im sure he can take those punches but i can't say the same for the others.

2.If Galactus would want to KO him - he would KO him.

Surfer takes Flash out first, as that battle will take place in fractions of a second. Also because he we would be aware that Flash is the most dangerous. Beta Ray Bill's drains the power from Hal's ring, while Ronan and Nova team up against Black Adam, eventually overtaking him, all the while Gladiator / Superman engage in protracted fights. Nova and Ronan eventually help Glads against Superman. Quasar engages Captain Atom in an epic struggle until Surfer finishes MM and turns his attention to supporting his teamate against the next greatest threat in CA.

Annihilators win this.

Not measurable, so I am not taking similar situations as a prove of anything. If we belive that Galactus can one-shot whole Annihilators, then there is no reason to belive that Galactus was really trying to hurt Surfer. Rather teach him a lesson.
