this could get tricky only because Rachel is a very powerful telepath (more so than all the others with the exception of Maddie) and she has all of Xavier's telepathic know-how now.  Maddie is not that skilled, Jean even without telepathy stalemated her in a mental battle.

In raw power, Rachel is by far the strongest Telepath present. She was also personally tutored by Xavier and Emma. But again, Xavier has the experience as a master of the Astral Plane. Tough to call..

I feel Moondragon will have trouble with Emma, and Rachel for that matter, she is not a deciding factor.  X is team twos biggest gun.

Xavier + Moondragon =  Overkill

Team 2 imo

If team two takes it, it is because of Xavier, even though there are still tactical aspects of the battle people seem to be overlooking, like the fact that every person on team 1 has been a student of Emmas.  Team two on the other hand has Psylocke whom can work well with Xavier being a former Xmen but seems to be a little out of her league as far as all the power players on team one all of whom are very skilled, and then there is Moondragon, not on his level (which is why I can't figure out people saying him and her is all it will take) with none of her enhancements, and the Maddie who may prove to be more trouble than she worth being totally unskilled.  Maddies uncontrollable rage when it comes to Scott and Jean can be easily used against her, and if done right can make her a threat to her own team as well.  Rachel is the wildcard, she is the most powerful here and has a combo of Emma's and Xavier's skill along with the fact that her astral form has time manipulating abilities, she could very BFR members of team two via the timestream.

Oh yeah and hope all this Moondragon hype is not based on her "controlling" a whole planet, because I have given proof that she did no such thing and only used subtle manipulations to control key figures on that planet.
