The way Universes are being destroyed in the current New Avengers is very akin to what AM did in COIE except a lot slower. People know what is happening but there is nothing they can do right now besides a lot of waiting around. I'm sure a multitude of parallel's of the people that other users have been listing have already been wiped out in the New Avengers alt universes. The only reason DC survived was the Monitor was there to intervene with his balancing force to the AM, since Marvel has nothing like that they probably lose unless TLT steps in but it seems like he's helpless to do anything with the current Multiversal destruction in Marvel so I see no reason to why he would do better against the AM, he's probably dead right now.

Yeah there certainly are a lot of powerhouses in the Marvel Universe but most of the time they don't actually do anything they're mostly just there to be there or get their powers drained. Like Eternity, when's the last time he's actually done anything? That's not his job, he just sit's around and is the physical embodiment of eternity, he's not a cosmic protector.
