Theres only two threats. Thats Parallax and AM. There going up against Multiple Cosmic powerhouses, Celestials, Sky Fathers, Hell Lords, and they still have to account for Phoenix MJJ and other badass's such as Reed Richards with the IG (In Hickmans FF) Le Bete Noir and Goblin Force. Oh and also dont forget Marvel Universe and the multiple Eternities, Infinites, The race called Infinites, Tiamuts, Fulcrums etc etc. Marvel wins

Has the AM ever closed a universe while he is still in it? If not, then that wouldn't be a threat since the OP stated the AM is in the Marvel U. If all of Marvel is aware of this I'm sure they would be able to save the MU.

No, that's stupid. Marvel can't claim a term with priority over other fictions. Both DC and Image have referenced their own omniverses, and that random handbook scan is contradicted by on-panel material.
Abstracts combined would beat them, Living Tribunal , all the magical deities, Mad Jim Jaspers and there are a lot of others ! Oh, and give Doctor Doom some preparation , and he would beat them !
Only multiversal threats have a chance to stop him. TOAA,PF and LT can't be used here, but Abraxas, Marquis of Death and Hunger can. And all three are a Marvel answer on COIE AM. When they say omniverse is a collection of every universe, they mean every universe in Marvel. Not literally every universe in existence/fiction. Omniverse has been mentioned by fictional characters before.
