And Arrow is a much better show thus far.

So far we've only seen Barry get struck by lightning mixed with the particle accelerator. We haven't seen his capabilities yet, until January that is. Hope his real fast though.

He's here to counter the equally useless trio of Simmons/Fitz/Skye. But yea, Diggle would make more sense.

Arrow is the better show, and team Arrow would probably win here. I don't think it would be a stomp though.
