The Battle takes place in the African Savannah.
Blade has a katana and a knife.  
  
This is random. 
Death will be the condition. 
Blade will 200 yards away from them.

Probably Blade...Blade goes to town on heavily armed vampires...don't see the 300 being much of a challenge.

I'd say Blade, too.

This has the potential to be hilarious. 
 
If it's a random encounter then I don't expect the 300 to know how to kill a vampire, and Blade's speed and strength might let him pull this out.

I agree with this. Unless a majority of the 300's strikes are aimed at decapitation instead of piercing/slashing damage. I don't know how often they went for head removals right at the start of fights...
