I had tried to make a Tournament ...and It Failed

Now here I am trying again and I think I Got it this time.

Character Requirement/Restrictions

• 4 characters to a team
• Each Character has to be from the designated form of Media

The characters HAVE to be from Anime/Manga,Comic Book,American Animation and A movie(for more specific details see blow)

• 0-20 tons strength limit
• Durability- Cyborg Level or Below
• Speed - sonic at Best
• Destruction Level-Think at least a few city blocks

Power Restrictions

• Telepathy,or anything like it,(Looking at you Itachi and Aizen) is allowed but only one character on you team can have the power and it will only work on two members of Opponents team
• Intangibly is not allow.
• Telekinesis,or anything like it will be subjected to the Character restrictions above(New Edit: Telekinesis will not work on any human target only on non living thingsor plant life)
• NO REALITY WARPING OF ANY KIND
• NO TIME MANIPULATION OR TRAVEL OF ANY KIND
• Healing factor are allowed(kinda) let say for instance a character has a healing factor he will be K.Oed by an attack that would have killed him if said healing factor wasn't there. Ko's will only last 3 minutes now after 3 k.o character will be assumed dead

Character Choosing

Okay Now it's time to get a little specific about your character choices

Let say,for example,someone wanted Cyclops

Now as some of you may or may not know Cyclops fit in all four categories for character choosing,there's an

• Anime Cyclops
• Comic Cyclops
• American Animation Cyclops
• Movie Cyclops

Now could you make entire team of Cyclops...Yes if a character has multiple media's incarnation then...Yes you can infact do that.(Please Specify where your character is coming from when listing characters)

Another thing if you have a character that has a power that exceeds they rules given as long as that not his or her primary power then the character will be allow(but the power will be nerfed or just taken away)

(Also to you Ben 10 fans -You have to pick a specific alien out of Ben line up you can not pick Ben himself if any of you have a character like that you can only choose a specific form of the character for example Sage Mode Naruto-IN

KCM Naruto...hmm Has to be nerfed by speed and ...or Out)

Edit: Now Considering some here aren't exactly knowledgeable on anime character You can replace any of the 4 categories with a Video Game Character,Or Book series character)

Question: Is a character from a movie allowed to use comic feats if they have them?

Also, is Wolverine really the durability limit? That means anyone with above human durability wouldn't be allowed because all Logan has is regen, which is different from durability. For instance, if I wanted a cyborg who was pretty durable -- let's say able to shrug off machine gun fire but military explosives would damage them -- would that be allowed?
