It took a combined blast from Darkseid, Kosmos (DC's eternity) and one more abstract level beings, cant remember, to crack his armor, not sure if Thanos could though aye!. Tyrant probably could.

his whole body consists of energy, so even if his armor do get cracked he wouldnt die

But he would no longer be able to fight and his energy can be absorbed at that point.

Well you cant make an argument to show Imperix > Odin though, but since he was made to be a Dc version of Galactus i am gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and say Imperix is probably > Odin, but imperix can destroy a galaxy (what was stated) it was also stated Odin can do the same, so that feats for sure doesnt put him at or above Galactus.
