I'd give team 2 in the first round the win but Thanos with prep time(he can turn 5 hours into however long he wants via time manipulation tech) is gonna be dangerous, even to skyfathers.

Thanos did not want to fight. Galactus' plans had been tampered with and Thanos tried to tell him. Galactus wouldn't hear him so Thanos sent him on his ass just to get his attention. It worked. I'm not saying Surfer and Thanos win, because they don't, but let's give respect where it's due.
Yeah I'm going with Odin and Zeus for the win. Back in the Blood and Thunder storyline, Thanos took a lot of punishment from Odin, but Odin stopped the fight with Thanos on the verge of collapse, and Odin not even breathing heavy. Don't forget Odin also went toe-to-toe with the celestials and lived to tell the tale. I don't remember Thanos pulling that off excetpt for when he possessed the Infinity Gauntlet.

There is no doubt Odin > Thanos. But the fight wasn't stopped by Odin. It was interrupted by someone else and they were both ready to go for round 14.

The Chaos King, as we discover — spoiler alert! — is using Zeus as a Trojan horse. So some of that incredible power that Zeus is displaying comes from the Chaos King.
At the same time, Zeus is no pushover, and it’s been a while since we’ve seen Zeus unleash his true, mighty self, and it was a ton of fun giving him a chance to do that. So don’t take it all away from him, friend. I do love my Zeus. I’m going to start saying “Zounds” more often, as a matter of fact. Just in everyday conversation.

I'm assuming it's just because SS wins a lot of fights and so does Thanos so he probably wanted to see if they could stack up to two skyfathers.
@pooty: its just i think thanos and surfer with 5 hours prep could work some bad mojo on them,the first fight is a gauge really to see what a random meeting would be to a 5 hrs perp meeting would be.

This fight did not finish. But, Odin would have won if it continued.
Team 2 in a good fight. Zeus is probably behind Thanos in terms of feats but Odin can carry his slack, so Odin might as well one-shot SS while Zeus contends with Thanos. Then it becomes a two-versus-one scenario, in which Odin alone can defeat Thanos and therefore the Skyfathers can get an assured victory.
