This will become a debate of philosophy and psychology with a little bit of logic and strategic evaluation.

Tough call the beyonder is ridiculously strong before the retcon, the HOTU would even things out though,,,,good thread. I guess Its hard to say cause you have to think which is stronger the HOTU or the beyond realm which gives beyonder his infinite source of power. I might just choose the beyonder IMO because the HOTU doesn't bestow intelligence upon the bearer and I believe the beyonder may be smarter than Thanos

work on that match of yours bro. The second infinity is cut, its no longer infinite. In fact, a fraction of infinity is finite, in calculable bounds no matter the size of the fraction that may represent. Having said that, PRB was once a god BESIDE the one above all. Thanos mastering the Heart of the Universe does not equal him to infinity, or the one above all. This would be a contradiction, as the only infinity existing in marvelverse with no equal is TOAA. That would mean Thanos with Heart of Universe is TOAA. But since Thanos is not TOAA, because there can ONLY be ONE TOAA, Thanos's power is not infinite.

Its true the power does represent infinity in contrast to the rest of the multiverse, but that reality is only imposed on the weak. PRB stands above even abstracts, and gods. He is really the only equal to TOAA. His only limitation so to speak is that he is no longer omnipotent.
