A Cosmic Cube can affect reality and free will. Cosmic Cubes in generally have built in safeties to keep certain areas from being manipulated, such as free will and the like. Enough power and will though and those limitations go away. With 7 Cosmic Cubes Magus was affecting multiple realities and alternate dimensions, as well as making Eternity comatose among other things.

Basically he's like Galactus. And apparently he still needed the Ultimate Nullifier to achieve his ends, which turns out to be a part of Galactus. And he needed to trick Johnny Storm into getting it for him cause Abraxas didn't know where it was.

He's far above eternity and galactus in strength

That's not clear. Yes, he killed Galactus in an alternate reality, but there is no indication as to what level Galactus was at. If you recall Galactus has been killed by a few individuals/teams over the years, usually when he's starving and weakened.

And only the UN can beat him

unlike galactus who can be beat by other force

When he's weakened. And not, not just the UN can beat Abraxas. Considering it's a part of Galactus himself, pretty much means Galactus could kill him himself. And there are definitely other entities a lot more powerful than Eternity.

Thanos. The Cosmic cube is underrated at times.

Its going to be pretty hard to say one side would win for sure, but yeah as long as we determine this by feats, and who has better, 1 CCU has just as good , if not better feats than Abraxas. Problem is the biggest thing going for Abraxas being, he is Eternity's anti-thesis and CCU has never actually pitted against an abstract 1 on 1. Magus with 5 cubes, from several universes away did manage to turn Eternity into a vegetable during Infinity Wars. So yeah make of it as you will.

Its sure as heck isnt anywhere close to as one sided as people think.
