Thanos with out the Infinity Gauntlet will be toast though his insane intelligence can keep up with a good fight before being defeated.
 
The Witchblade has abilities that the Marvel Universe can't just top easily, it has powers of creation and adaptive abilities that can counter all attacks, needless to say it is being wielded by one of DC's top lady. 
 
What ever, Wonder Woman lacks, the Witchblade can provide... also the Witchblade was able to defeat and trap a god. The Witchblade made a statue enough to contain the god and she did it not only once but twice.

Thanos pimps slaps her and makes WW his b1tch. With his TP he could also take out WW that way but really its not necessary. Strength wise and with Thanos going all out he beats WW to death. Diana alone has no chance. With the amazonian army backing her up maybe, but still a small chance.

WW had the WitchBlade at one point?!?! Epic.

And the WitchBlade is capable of standing against both the Angelus and the Darkness at the same time, both of which would beat Thanos soundly at full power.
