Thanos vs Ultron

Searched for this fight on here, but found none except  in battles with a lot more other characters.  So, in this battle, It's Ultron vs Thanos.

Thanos in this battle has no prep, but is aware of who Ultron is, and he has his  standard Force field thing with him but does not have access to other technology in this battle.  Ultron however has 3 days prep and is on a mission to eliminate Thanos by any means necessary.  Thanos only has 10 minutes before he knows Ultron is coming his way.  So who wins this battle?

if you never heard of thanos, here is a heads up for you, he is one of the smartest being in dc/marvel, he defeated galactus with prep, he created the infinity gauntlet, he fought evenly with a power gem user, he is immune to death, his energy blast is enough to knock galactus miles away with a single shot and to date, he is the only one who ever defeated the Living Tribunal

Thanos pimp smacks the robot.

In this scenario I could see Ultron possibly gaining a win if his execution of his prep/plan is flawless. However I find that very unlikely when dealing with Thanos, esp since he knows Ultron is coming. In the worst case scenario for Big T, imo, he could always just BFR him.

future Ultron, the one that took on Kang, Silver Surfer, Quasar, Dr. Doom, Magneto, Monica Captain Marvel, Protector, Ms Marvel etc all at once would destroy Thanos in a matter of minutes.

i don't know anything about future Ultron except what you said. But Thanos could beat that same group of people.
