I still think that Thanos would be too much for Thor even with the armour

No idea how powerful current Thanos is. Not sure what he could do to Thor in the armor outside be blasted by the Destroyer's Visor over and over.

Bear in mind, the Destroyer simply possessed by Balder was was giving Thorforce Thor issues. As in he was worried the Destroyer would have vaporized him.

I actually think Thor with The Destroyer Armor can win this...

Thor in the destroyer. Thanos wouldn't be able to hurt him, contain him, or resist him for long.

Yes. All Thanos did was teleport / surprise blast Galactus and all it did was damage his helmet.

If Thanos is still as strong as he was in imperative there won't be anything either one of them can do to one another.

Thor 100% in the armor. That armor can fight a group of celestial s,ok not beat them,but to be in that power range its way too much for the mad titan as much as i love the purple mad man. Without it thanos rips him.

Thanos, he's still smarter the Destroyer won't save him from Thanos, imo.

That Destroyer was inhabited by Odin and every single asgardian except Thor, so that scenario bares little relevance.

Yeah I agree with this. You cant really attribute that feat only to the Destroyer if it was inhabited by Odin who comes with massive amounts of magical abilities. He might very well have had powerful magical shields in place for that fight.

Either Thor stomps w/ the DA or it's a stalemate. But one thing is for certain: Thanos is not damaging the DA.
