Why does LT or TOAA let Thanos have all these hax items?

They could give them to heroes but nooo give it to the guy who wants to wipe everything from existence.

he wiped half the universe to fulfil a promise to mistress death. Mistress Death resurrected Thanos to correct an imbalance in the fabric of the universe in the realization that there are more people alive than had ever died. so thanos alone isnt that bad, he played as the good guy several times
