not even Drax who was made to kill thanos could do something to him , Gotei is screwed.
Gin could take him alone. Same with Yamamoto and Aizen. Any combination of the other captains could overwhelm him depending on Bankai.

if you think the power of the gotei is the same as galactus then he may have a chance , since not , Gotei is done.
as for spiritual attacks , look what he did to mephisto who can soul suck (even in his own realm if i'm not wrong) :

Nobody has yet to come up with a viable explanation as to how Thanos would stop Kyoka Suigetsu, the power is complete hypnosis, it's not mental telepathy that Thanos can resist there is no defending against this.
Next you have Yamamoto's Bankai which has the ability to burn things out of existence with just a touch, it transcends spiritual energy and heat and no longer turns things to ash, it removes whatever it hits from existence also a hax that Thanos has no right to beat.
Thanos's powers, strength, and durability have nothing to do with these fights.
First, you're misinterpreting what Yamamoto's bankai does. It does not burn things out of existence; that's just a metaphor for how it incinerates something. Yamamoto's bankai is not like reality warping which erases a target from reality; all it does it burn hot enough to incinerate whatever Yamamoto's zanpakutou touches. This is how Yamamoto explains it:
Given the extreme heat involved, at best what you're looking at is de-atomization. With enough heat an atom will undergo a process in which the electrons are separated from the nucleus of the atom, then the elementary particles (protons & neutrons) separate into quarks and gluons. So, in a matter of speaking with enough heat an atom can be turned into "nothing." But the idea that Yamamoto's bankai erases something from existence is just a fan-made exaggeration.
Second, it's not true that Yamamoto's bankai "transcends spiritual energy and heat." Yamamoto in the scan above says that all the flames that he possesses are concentrated in the edge of his zanpakutou; so his bankai does not transcend heat. Furthermore, it's impossible for an technique or ability in Bleach to transcend spiritual energy because that's the source of the characters' power:
As Haschwalth explains in the fourth scan, Yamamoto's bankai still uses reiatsu which is spiritual energy. Furthermore, Yamamoto's bankai has a several drawbacks: 1) If he uses it too long it will kill him; 2) His "armor of the sun" only covers his body so that as long as you stay away from him you won't be burned; 3) There's no evidence that Yamamoto's armor can protect him from attacks based on energy projection; and 4) As long as you're fast enough to stay away from the blade you also won't be burned.
Finally, I think you're going to have a hard time convincing people that a telepath on Thanos's level can be hypnotized. That just seems like a dubious claim. But even if Thanos could be hypnotized, and I'll grant that he would be since there's no evidence that Thanos can resist it, so what? Aizen's kyouka suigetsu has never shown the ability to manipulate someone's telepathic senses or abilities. There's no evidence that Kyouka suigetsu can manipulate or fool a telepath's ability to directly access and/or manipulate the consciousness of other people.
