Nate Grey fully powered says "Hello Thanos" and Thanos melts.

@frozenphoenix: Full powered Savior Cable got beat by Silver Sufer. Nate may be a slightly stronger than full powered cable but it is not by a large margin and if SS can take him thanos can destroy him.

Does Apocalypse have telepathy? Why are Xavier and Jean on the top of the list? They are both more skilled than Nate and Quire (Jean is an omega level mutant psi just like the both of them), and considering Apoc. needed Cable to go to the astral plane I just don't belive he is telepathic in the traditional sense.

Neither of them are talking down Thanos, Jean if she has the Phoenix backing her up like say during Grant Morrision's run of All New X-men then she is the closest it gets.

Thanos hasn't really ever been mentally overwhelmed. Idk if anyone can do it

Mann.. stop with the Thanos fanboyism it's really annoying. Every battle with Thanos in it you always find some dumb-ass argument that nobody can beat him in any field. Durability, superstrenght, telepathy, telekinesis, reality warping, magnetism manipulation, prep. You always claim he's above everyone.

There is no way in hell he will beat Nate Grey.

@hunter_zolomon: Its sort of like no win scenario in this thread. Nate is only using telepathy here, not all his psionic attack, even as Shaman power level its hard to think he could take down Thanos via telepathy, given before his death on Annihilation Thanos was immune to telepathy thanks to a decision made by Adam Warlock as a god. Even after annihilation 3 extremely powerful telepath (Moondragon, Mantis and Cosmo, the last of which while a dog is a pretty serious telepath), together, manage to restrain Thanos ,simulatneously saying they were only able to restrain Thanos because he was weak having recently being brought back to life and is getting progressively powerful that even those 3 cant contain him.

Thanos TP resistant is legendary, or was when Starlin was writing, not sure if it still applies to current version of Thanos.

That being said, Thanos with his TP shouldnt be able to take down Nate either.

@killemall: Slight correction. He was weakened by Starlord stunning Thanos with a Cosmic Cube, which was the only reason they were even able to put telepathic binds on Thanos at all, and their hold on him weakened with every passing minute as his powers returned and grew. And the only thing they could even learn was that he was angry because he was Alive.

@killemall: So how would he do against Fernus?

@bronze_surfer: Just like everyone else i would think, Fernus likely wont be able to TP Thanos either given his resistance.

That being said the only person Thanos could probably take down himself with TP is likely Kid Omega and thats about it.

Yeah, I am a big Apoc fan, but they really leave his mental powers undefined. He seems to put psi-bolts out of his head. He seems to have read minds sometimes. He has produced some powerful force fields and he seems to be using powerful TK, but it could just as well be some kind of Celestial tecj. He does seem to be pretty much TP proof without PIS though.

@killemall: All I know that at one point Nate Grey was supposedly on the same level as Dark Phoenix. I thought that meant something... guess not.

Some of these would be stalemates I think. Thanos doesn't seem to have great offensive tp but he is one of the most tp resistant beings in the MU.
