Thanos no prep time, without IG.

No battlefield removal.

A strange event has wiped out every major hero on earth and Thanos decides to control earth.

However, many villains won't allow an alien tryant take what's rightfully theirs.

To make this fair he takes on every villain one-on-one randomly but this isn't a gauntlet.

If prep is involved then Dr Doom can take him.

thanos loses, too much raw power on the other side

It seems like there are too many characters for him to beat in a no prep encounter, but realistically he could take out more than half of them in one blast. Tough call.

If Thanos preps for this though, he most definitely takes over the planet. He's taken over the entire multiverse....Earth would be much easier.

One on One? What's stopping Thanos from simply mentally lobotomizing them?

Its all about number advantage, but most of these are fodders. Still think that just too much of a number advantage to deal here.

I said the same thing. Who do you think would be fodder, and who do you think would survive long enough to resist?

None of these guys are getting past Thanos' shields which are standard gear. Over half can't contend physically or when it comes to energy manipulation. The rest can be as so graciously put it mentally lobotomized. Thanos is far too much for each of these people singularly except for Juggernaut who may give him some issues but with his brains he'll figure out how to beat Marko given time and Juggs isn't putting down Thanos.

Oh one at a time, the only real threat is Dr. Doom, Living Laser, Mandarin and the Juggernaut, Thanos can defeat both Mandarin and the Juggernaut, and i am assuming he has tech to beat Laser, but his speed advantage, energy form is going to be the hardest here to counter.

Dr. Doom is the biggest threat, even in random encounter after FF: Unthinkable, assuming it hasnt been retconned out, coz he did get a massive magic boost.

Most of these are fodders to Thanos really apart from Living Laser, Mandarin and the Juggernaut.

Despite other's physically superiority, like say Radio Active Man and Crimson Dynamo, i think Dr. Doom is the one Thanos better watch out.

If Thanos is fighting a practical army of villains he deserves prep. As long as they don't have any then he should win. Neither side gets prep, the team wins. Team gets prep alone, obviously the team wins. Thanos gets prep alone, he should win. Both sides get prep, team wins.

If Bendis writes Electro might solo, Living Laser might solo and Mandarin might solo

A non-jobbing Thanos would be very powerful

Shields strong enough to hold off Avengers, strike power to slap around Herc, Hulk, Namor, etc Damage soak high enough to soak hits from Odin (Skyfather levels)
