Mags may have a slight chance if Thanos is at his original power levels but thats a longshot.

Magneto could win cause he'll.... ummmm... blah blah blah! Electromagnetic spectrum bla bla blah! Damnit! He still wins cause he's cooler! 
 
Who am I kidding? I am a Magneto fan and even I can't think of a way (both reasonable and ridiculously fanboyish) of how Mags can beat Thanos.

Well to be Fair, In AvX  Magneto Fought  Iron Man  and  summon Planetary Magnetic powers  using jupiters Magneto Sphere to do a Ubber Move, now if he can do that  Couldnt  he hang with Thanos?

@Wonderbrezzy: No, Thanos can take the entire Avengers roster, including Thor, by himself. He is a cosmic powerhouse who has defeated (easily) the Silver Surfer, and even managed to hold up against Odin for a while. Magneto is not beating him.

I dont think Mags can win this one, but I would love to see just how powerful he could be if he would go all out against Thanos. Would be greatly entertaining, imo.
