Thanos without a ton of trouble. Hulk is the only one I see giving him even the semblance for a fight and Hulk can't win that either or even come close IMO.

Loeb Force Rulk still got spanked by Galactus. He was Odin level at best.

Unless this is Rulk when he could drain and a high level incarnation of Hulk, Thanos should win easily.
