Death or KO. Who wins.
Thanos vs Ego the Living Planet
Mogo oneshots them both.
wow because thats relevant to this fight and not an obvious DC fanboy post!
Ego just based on their first encounter. If Thanos has a little bit of prep to go his way then I would lean towards him.
@serrure: I was joking? :(
Didn't they fight recently?
They stalemated the first time right? Thanos could win the second fight due to knowing his opponent but I'm not sure
They fought recently and Thanos won. People saying otherwise may be missing the fact that Ego failed to kill Thanos (a pre-Avatar of Death Thanos) while Thanos traveled to his core and tore the Galactus engine out of him. Thor has, I believe, also beaten Ego. As has Galactus. Galactus was a different story, as he tried to contend with Ego through power. It didn't work out the way he wanted the first time. The second time I believe he actually beat Ego. I'm wondering what would happen if Thanos had one of his planet shattering battles on Ego.
@bobandjim1260: Good answer, I was about to say the same thing , also ego spat out thanos and said something like he will forever be weary of the titan and will avoid another conflict or something along those lines
The only reason Thanos made it to the core of Ego is because Ego let him. It was already stated that Ego could have killed Thanos but Ego purposely prolonged their encounter because he was lonely which allowed Thanos the chance to grab the Galactus Engine. In a re-match without messing around, Ego would stomp.
Didn't Thanos already kill him?
@cgoodness: That's a incorrect use of abc logic. Thor used a tactic that Thanos can't replicate
@cgoodness: Thor is not more powerful then Thanos. But Thor was able to exploit a weakness that Thanos can't exploit. Thor defeated Ego by manipulating the weather of the planet. Thanos can't do that
@jagernutt: Thanks :)
@wastelandman: He didn't let him he tryed to physically beat him and the black order but couldn't , and thanos was engulfed by lava and seemingly defeated , then ge emerged with the galactus engine , also i wouldn't say he Bfr'd as such , it wasn't a planned strategy ge panicked due to thwnos blasting him and spat him and the black order out :)

It was explicitly stated that Ego could have easily killed Thanos if he wanted to but he chose to toy with him and prolong the encounter:
Ego prolonging Thanos' death allowed Thanos to get lucky and find the Galactus Engine to use against Ego.

Doesn't matter if Ego acted in panic or not, he still BFR'd him.
