Brainiac is probably better with prep if Thanos doesn't have access to IG.

Brainiac i say. Not only has he physicals to keep up with Superman, he also got alot of inventions from his alien tech.

Brainiac Has an army. He possesses thousands of avatars he can inhabit at will. He has absolute knowledge. He has consumed thousands of worlds for their data. Brainiac would simply invade Asgard until he possessed the necessary knowledge in order to destroy Thanos. Darkseid is more powerful than Thanos and even he had to make a deal with brainiac to get his world and him spared.

Well he has humbled Big G as well as a more powerful being, with a rolling prep without the artifacts mentioned.

He also killed Omega , a being whose cosmic powers were said to drawf that of Galactus, without the said items as well.

Thanos feat, with out without the said devices are pretty impressive.

Thanos, tho Brainiac's intelligence will be hard to ignore

Thanos easily, Braniac is essentially a slightly less powerful version of Apocalypse.

As much as I would like Thanos to win, I believe in this situation Brainiac takes it just. all Brainiac does is think.

Superman lift earth (Strength)

Superman flying light speed (Travel speed)

Superman has reacted to multi light speedsters (Reaction speed)

Superman survives supernovas and planet busting attacks (Durability)

Superman by feats have him in every physicals besides durability but Superman KO Doomsday before who is equal in durability to Thanos, Superman can blitz him and poke his eyes out before Thanos makes a move if CIS is off.

Thanos only has 1 prep feat without artifacts i know and its making Galactus fly, though Thanos failed and got slaughtered so it doesn't count.

Brainiac. he has more advanced technology, can control machines at will (so thanos's tech would be useless) and he can shrink him. the Mad Titan becomes The Mad Ant and earns a place in Brainiacs collection aboard his ship

Something tells me that a few clones of Thanos spliced with Galactus's DNA would be a good answer to this...

I think Thanos takes it. Brainiac is a worthy opponent, but Thanos is in the same ball park for intelligence, but more creative and devious, as well as having a better base power level.
