Thanos/Thor VS Alan Scott/Obsidian

Obsidian's feats?

The father and son.

Without starheart I don't think father/son duo has a chance to beat a team 1.

Alan always has the Starheart or he'd die he just doesn't fully release it because it'd try to destroy everything. Neither Alan or Todd can die. Both of them are teambusters when they want to be (Alan taking on literally everyone on Earth while he's on the moon and Todd taking on his father, Jay Garrick, Powergirl, Dr. Fate, Kyle Raynor, Starman Etc.) I find it hard to believe they can actually hurt Obsidian once he's taken control of them and showed Thanos (maybe not for him) and Thor the dark side of themselves or turn their shadows against them.

his shadow self also absorbs time as well as souls and has the ability to sense things on an amazing level. In Shadow form he can be a wraith that cannot be touched by others but still touch them if he desires. He has used his shadow form to form shields that could not be breached even with Alan Scot going all out from within and Stargirl all out from outside. The same shield also kept a group of even spirits out. It wasn't until those spirits infused power into Courtney's star rod as well as having it souped up by power lines that he weakened.

I actually see this as a really good fight.

Obsidian would be an ideal character to go against Thanos. Not sure how he would fare but The mad titan has a lot of Darkness in him that Obie could use against him

Thor could likely use Mjilnor to drain some of Alan's energy. He has drained it back when others have done so but not sure how he would fare against Mjilnor in the same way.

I'd say team one but a bloody good fight that I would love to see/read

Obsdian and Scott. From what I saw on Saren's cav with the_new_world_order, it should be a stomp for team 2.

Depends on how good team 2's TP resistance holds up. If they can resist Thanos' TP Todd potentially solos. If not, team 1 edges out.

Thanos and Thor can win here, just; however this IMO ultimately comes down to Thanos vs Obsidian.

This is very possible, considering that bloodlusted vengeance at all costs against Galactus caused Beta Ray Bill to be considered unworthy of Stormbreaker for a short time. Until he came to himself that is.

Sorry never got this notification. That is something I honestly never considered (Todd showing Thor his dark side). It is potentially a way he can beat Odin Son yes.

As to KOing Todd in main continuity he hasn't ever been KO'd. he has however been contained. During the Fatherland arc the Fourth Reich obtained a mystical egg that somehow absorbed and contained his shadow form in it when he came into contact with it.
