Then I'll go with Larfleeze.

I'm not sure if Thanos could actually win this. Larfleeze has a practically unlimited source of Corpsmen and Thanos trying to use TP would not be the best option considering someone recently tried to use it on Larfleeze and it practically destroyed her mind. Molecular Manipulation wont work either as he recently went through the Creation Point unharmed. His Corpsmen could absorb Thanos' Energy and while Thanos can likewise do the same, Larfleeze seems to have a larger reservoir, what with him being his own Power Battery.

If Thanos is going to win this he's going to have to work really hard for it.
