I don't think so... Majestic is basically an amped Superman with incredible Intellect and Experience... he could give the Surfer a good battle by himself... and Thanos is not experienced with Magic... so Doctor Fate's inclusion could spell problems for The Big Purple Fellow.

And not that I think Team DC would win but what's protecting Thanos from Manhunter's TP? As far as I know he exceeds Thanos in that department.

Thanos and Surfer absolutely could win. They truly are that powerful.

But-the reverse isn't true? After all, this is a non amped, no artifacts, no prep Thanos here---

Silver Surfer can-for sure-defeat Captain Marvel, Superman, and Hal Jordan Green Lantern all at the same time?

So Thanos can-for sure-remove Wonder Woman's unbreakable lasso and resist it's will usurping properties (something that everyone from the strong willed John Stewart and Hal Jordan Green Lanterns, planetary TP Maxwell Lord, unquantifiable TP Dr. Psycho, Captain Nazi, Captain Marvel and Superman (when each was blood lusted) Mongul and Kryptonian bruiser Non simultaneously, uber powerful reality warper Queen Of Fables, God tier sorceress Circe, Cosmic Elder Of The Universe The Grandmaster, Skyfather Double God Ares in his own realm where he is supreme and more could not?

And if The OP hadn't removed the "no TP" option, Thanos could resist the combined power of the lasso and Martian Manhunter's top tier TP (J'onn has feats like stopping his entire Martian race of powerful telepaths from entering the after life sub consciously, and entering the mind of The Spectre) for sure?

Her Atoms Splitting Sword that has pierced Superman, Mongul, Doomsday and Darkseid couldn't pierce him while the lasso-placed on him at FTL speed before he could blink-held him tight, while J'onn assaulted him with FTL blows indefinitely---until the rest of the JLA members, after dealing with Surfer, joined in?

Thanos, Surfer, or both couldn't be BFR'd to The Phantom Zone, or The Source Wall (places where uber poweful opponents like White Martians, Dominus, Ares, Darkseid, and Darkseid's impossibly more powerful father Yuga Khan couldn't escape (Yuga managed to escape the wall-one of only a handful to do so without aid-but it took him centuries to finally accomplish this)?

Sigh.

When people hear the names "Silver Surfer" and "Thanos" on this site, all objective thought seems to just go out the window.
