Probably Thanos, unless he has a brain fart and forgets how to use the gauntlet.
 
...ALTHOUGH the Fury did survive the destruction of a universe IIRC...and the gauntlet can't exceed the power of the universe it's in, correct?...Fury might be too durable for the IG, but still probably couldn't beat Thanos.
