Thanos from the Avenger movie vs movie

vs movie spiderman, venom, ironman, ghost rider and hulk

Thanos hasnt even made an appearance in the avengers movie, apart from the post credit scene, so how are we to judge how strong he is?

Thanos from the Avengers has shown absolutely nothing to us. For all we know, he could be as weak as a fly..

Loki was working for Thanos in the movie. He was in fact scared of Thanos

Movie Loki has done nothing to indicate that he is powerful. Unless you call getting your ass beat over and over again "powerful". He's a total jobber.

Team, because Thanos has shown NOTHING in physical feats except the fact that he can smile. But I know Thanos will obviously be more powerful then that, but as of right now, it's all we can go off of.

That wasn't even Thanos. That was The Other. The Other, was seen speaking to Thanos. There wasn't even proof he was working for him. Loki was working for the Other. For all we know, Loki didn't even have any ties with Thanos.

Ok who the hell is The Other? I was under the impression it was Annihilus, they were in the negative zone and hence it was dark and Loki was using the cosmic control rod. Any reason why it should be The Other, someone i have never even heard about ? o_O

Thanos's only feat was turning his head slightly and smiling....... none of them have feats even remotely close.

Agreed Thanos has the turn head and smile. No one can beat that, it's like the gerbil or groundhog on youtube his turning is so awesome that there heads will explode.

Imdb is a wiki where community people get to change what they want. I did a little research on The Other, who's primarily a spider man villain and as such he cannot be a part of avengers movie anyways. I am still more than convinced that it was Annihilus, at least more evidence point that way.

Not enough info. he might make a brief appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy though.
