Thanos/Darkseid/Kang vs Doctor Strange/Doctor Fate/Dormammu

The intellectual guys will take on the mystical ones in this battle.

Team 1:

Thanos;

Pre-Crisis Darkseid;

Kang the Conqueror.

vs

Team 2:

Classic Dr. Strange;

Doctor Fate ( Nabu );

Current Dormammu.

-Thanos has access to the Cosmic Cube.

-Darkseid has access to ALE and his standard gear.

-Kang has access to all of his weapons, acessories and his personal army, but has no access to his ship.

-Both teams gets 2 hours of prep.

-Team 1 has knowledge over Team 2 and vice versa.

-No TP, BFR or time travel.

-Perfect teamwork for each team.

-Team 2 can invoke powers from other sources and they can get any artifact needed for the battle during the prep time.

-Victory by death or K.O.

-Both teams bloodlusted

Battle takes place in a destroyed NYC and team 2 is fighting to protect the Earth from team 1, they asked for Dormammu's help, he accepted with the condition of fighting Eternity if they win. ( Nabu and Strange are lying about this and they are going to banish him to his dimension again ). The distance is 20 km away from each team.

Dr. Fate and Dormammu solos.

Dr. Fate is very powerful and Dormammu is at a universal scale.

I am going with team 2.

Thanos with Infinity Gauntlet was stopped by LT and Classic Dr Strange once tanked one of his attacks if my memory don't fail me. Nabu showed some impressive feat by going toe-to-toe against Spectre itself who technically is equal to LT.

Team 1

To be fair, the Living Tribunal wasn't as powerful as today. Furthermore, Stephen was helpless by just one of his gestures and so on.

But, I cannot use this argument as I'm having a discussion against Clay and Killemall about the same thing and I would be contradicting myself.

My vote goes to Team 1. Thanos w/ Cosmic cube can help to back his two teammates.

@dormammuthegod: Well, yeah. Thanos is a inimaginal decimator with the Infinity Gauntlet.

@laylah: But what about Nabu's feat? He could give Darkseid some trouble, and since he has 2 hours prep time with knowledge of his ALE, i think he could come up with something to stop it while Dormmy and Strange creates some sort of barrier to protect from Kang army and Thanos's powers during the prep time.

Dormammu would scrape Darkseid and Thanos since he is a multiversal being. Kang would run into another timeline. Dr.Fate and Dr.Strange would just seel the deal as they are beyond magical prestige

It may just be me, but I always felt mystical beings were stronger than intellectual ones.
